Directions: NVF’s current facility is located in the Rockingham Square Shopping Center In Madison, N.C. The town of Madison is located strategically between Martinsville, Virginia and Greensboro, North Carolina off Highway 220. From the intersection of Highway 220 and North Carolina 704, proceed West on Highway 704/Business 220 following the signs through the downtown area of Madison. Once the highway becomes four lanes again, look to your left between the “Golden Dragon” Chinese Restaurant and Wendy’s Hamburgers for a brick sign pointing to the shopping center. What to wear: Just about anything decent is fine. The only ties and fancy dresses here are found on visitors. Whatever makes you comfortable works.
Service Times: Sunday School and Adult Bible Study at 9:30-10:30 am. Worship service is at 11:00 am.
Wednesday night Bible Study is at 7:00 and includes classes for all ages.
The first Sunday night of each month is a family fellowship night and a birthday pot-luck dinner.
What about my kids?: We have lots of young families at NVF. We offer children’s Bible Study classes during the 9:30-10:30 hour. Just ask the greeter for directions to the class that is appropriate for your child. During the worship service the pastor has a "children's sermon" for which the younger kids are invited to come up and participate.
What to expect: NVF services are spirited, fun, and moving. We have a praise team with electric guitars, keyboard and drums and we do contemporary Christian to old hymns. There is no pressure to join or to give. We don’t even pass an offering plate. An offering box is located at the back for those who feel led to give.
Our new home: NVF has purchased 21 acres at the corner of Highway 311 and Lindsey Bridge Road just south of Madison for construction of a future campus. We are currently in the process of examining building alternatives and making future plans for new and expanded ministries at this location.
