Directions: NVF is now located in our new building at the corner of Highway 311 and Lindsey Bridge Rd, in Madison, NC.. The town of Madison is located between Martinsville, Virginia and Greensboro, North Carolina off US Highway 220. From the intersection of Highway 220 and North Carolina 704, proceed West on NC Highway 704 across the Dan river and into Madison. When Hwy 704 and Bus 220 break off to the right, continue straight onto US 311. US 311 is also known as Academy Street. NVF is located on the left, up the hill, at 1135 W. Academy, approximately 1 3/4 miles from the Dan river.
What to wear: Just about anything decent is fine. Whatever makes you comfortable works.
Service Times: Sunday School and Adult Bible Study at 9:30-10:30 am. Worship service is at 11:00 am.
Wednesday night Bible Study is at 7:00 and includes classes for all ages.
The first Sunday night of each month is a family fellowship night and a birthday pot-luck dinner.
What about my kids?: We have lots of young families at NVF. We offer children’s Bible Study classes during the 9:30-10:30 hour. Just ask the greeter for directions to the class that is appropriate for your child. During the worship service the pastor has a "children's sermon" for which the younger kids are invited to come up and participate.
What to expect: NVF services are spirited, fun, and moving. We have a praise team with electric guitars, keyboard and drums and we do a variety of music from contemporary Christian songs to old hymns. There is no pressure to join or to give, in fact we ask visitors not to give, but to let the service be our gift to you.
